At Sexy Hormony, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. This means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Any tags, seals, or protective coverings must remain intact. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include personal care and intimate products that have been opened or used, customized or personalised items, and products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions. Gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
