This Warranty Policy explains exactly what is covered, for how long, and how to file a claim on every hidden camera, audio recorder, GPS tracker, and detection tool sold by All My Teck. It is written specifically for our product range — not copied from a generic template — so you know precisely what to expect before and after you buy.
This Warranty Policy applies to hidden camera and video surveillance systems, audio recording devices, GPS asset trackers, RF and bug detectors, and counter-surveillance tools purchased directly from allmyteck.com by consumers located in the United States. The warrantor is Shopikings LLC, doing business as All My Teck, of 30 N Gould St #24180, Sheridan, WY 82801.
This is a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, lawful use, disclosed here in plain language as required by the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It is separate from our 30-day return window, which lets you return an unwanted or unsuitable item for any reason shortly after delivery. The Warranty Policy on this page takes over once that return window has closed and continues to protect you against genuine product defects for the period stated for each category below.
Because several of our products are also subject to strict rules about lawful use, our disclaimer is direct about what voids coverage.
"Products are sold 'AS-IS' without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the specific limited warranty described on this page. No warranty covers misuse, unauthorized use, or use in violation of law."
Outside of the specific defect coverage described in the sections below, no employee, representative, or piece of marketing copy from All My Teck extends any additional promise, guarantee, or warranty — written or implied — unless it is confirmed in writing by our support team for your specific order.
Your state-law rights are not reduced by this disclaimer. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages, so the limitations described on this page may not apply to you in full. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. See "Federal & State Legal Framework" below for detail, including California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
Every product page states its category, so you can match your order to the correct warranty period below before and after you buy.
Discreet indoor cameras built into clocks, power strips, chargers, and photo frames, plus their included power adapters and mounting hardware.
Voice-activated digital recorders, their onboard storage, and included charging cables against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Covers the tracker hardware itself. Any third-party subscription, mapping, or data plan used with a tracker is governed by that provider's own terms, not this policy.
Handheld RF detectors, hidden-camera lens finders, and GPS-tracker detectors, including their internal electronics and display components.
Batteries against a genuine failure to hold charge. Normal, gradual capacity loss over months of use is expected battery behaviour and is not a defect.
Cases, mounts, cables, lens covers, and faraday pouches. Where an accessory carries its own branded manufacturer warranty longer than 90 days, we pass that coverage through to you.
Most claims are diagnosed and resolved without ever needing to mail the unit back to us.
Email support@allmyteck.com or call +1 (678) 404-1648 with your order number, while the product is still within its warranty period.
Tell us what the device is doing wrong, and send photos or a short video if we ask — this speeds up diagnosis and avoids a return shipment for simple fixes.
Our support team confirms whether the fault is an eligible manufacturing defect, as opposed to damage, misuse, or unlawful use, usually within one business day.
Eligible claims are resolved by repair, replacement with the same or a comparable model, or store credit, at All My Teck's discretion, after a reasonable number of attempts to remedy the defect.
To process a warranty claim, we ask for the original All My Teck order confirmation email or receipt showing the order number, purchase date, and the item in question. This lets us confirm the purchase date against the warranty period and verify the order was placed directly through allmyteck.com.
This section explains, in plain language, the specific federal and state laws that shape how we write and honor warranties. It is general information, not legal advice, and does not replace guidance from a licensed attorney in your state.
This federal law governs written warranties on consumer products. We designate our coverage a limited warranty, not a "full" warranty, because certain conditions apply. In line with the Act, we do not limit the duration of any implied warranty that state law grants beyond what is described above, we do not exclude consequential or incidental damages without saying so conspicuously here, and eligible claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or credit after a reasonable number of attempts, as described in "How to File a Claim."
Every state's version of Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code attaches an implied warranty of merchantability, and sometimes fitness for a particular purpose, to most retail sales of goods. An "AS-IS" disclaimer is only effective to the extent your state's law allows it. In several states, this kind of disclaimer is restricted or unavailable for new consumer goods sold at retail, meaning the implied warranty continues to apply to your purchase regardless of the disclaimer language on this page.
Under California Civil Code §§ 1790–1795.8, every retail sale of new consumer goods in California carries an implied warranty of merchantability that runs concurrently with any express or limited warranty we give, for a period of no less than 60 days and no more than one year. For California residents, this means the 90-day and 12-month periods described above are backed by this state-law floor, and our "AS-IS" language does not remove your Song-Beverly rights.
The FTC's rules on Disclosure of Written Consumer Product Warranty Terms and Pre-Sale Availability of Written Warranty Terms (16 C.F.R. Parts 701–702) require that warranty terms be written in simple, readily understood language and made available to you before you buy. Publishing this Warranty Policy, linked from every relevant product page, is how we satisfy that pre-sale disclosure requirement.
Our About Us page sets out the federal and state rules that govern recording, tracking, and detection technology — including one-party and all-party consent laws, video voyeurism statutes, and GPS-placement restrictions. Using a product outside those rules is a use of the product we did not intend and did not warrant, so it falls outside this warranty regardless of whether the underlying component is otherwise defective.
All My Teck does not currently sell paid extended warranties, protection plans, or service contracts. Every warranty benefit described on this page is included automatically with your purchase, at no additional cost, for the period stated for that product's category.
This Warranty Policy is issued by Shopikings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and is interpreted under Wyoming law to the extent permitted. This does not reduce the consumer-protection and warranty rights granted to you by the law of the state where you live and received the product, including any state "Little FTC Act," UCC warranty provisions, or state-specific statute described above and in our Consumer Rights & Regulatory Compliance section.
No. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from drops, water, power surges, or physical misuse. Accidental damage is not a manufacturing defect.
This warranty only applies to orders placed directly on allmyteck.com. We cannot verify authenticity, condition, or purchase date for items bought through unauthorized third-party sellers, so those purchases are not eligible for this warranty.
No. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser named on the order and does not transfer to a subsequent owner.
Yes. Any use of a product in violation of federal or state wiretapping, eavesdropping, voyeurism, or stalking law falls outside the intended and warranted use of the device, and any resulting claim will be declined.
Our 30-day return window, described in the Refund Policy, lets you return an item you simply no longer want, for any reason, shortly after delivery. A warranty claim, by contrast, addresses a genuine product defect and remains available for the full 90-day or 12-month period stated for that product's category, even after the return window has closed.
Start with your order number and a short description of the issue — most warranty claims are diagnosed within one business day by a team that knows these products.
