We would rather lose a sale than enable harm. Any of the following can happen the moment we have reasonable grounds to believe this policy has been violated.
We may cancel a pending order, refuse to ship, or decline to sell to a customer or address where misuse is suspected, without prior notice.
Accounts connected to a confirmed violation may be permanently closed, and future orders from the same person or household may be declined.
Our 30-day return window and standard product support do not extend to a purchase connected to a confirmed violation of this policy.
Where we believe a product has been or will be used to commit a crime, we may report the matter to law enforcement on our own initiative, as described in the next section.
Federal and state stalking, wiretapping, and privacy laws carry their own civil and criminal penalties. Violating this policy does not shield you from that liability — it sits on top of it.
