You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and under similar laws in other states. Use the toggle and form below to submit your request.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sale" and "sharing" are defined far more broadly than in everyday language. You don't have to receive cash for your information to be "sold" under this law.
Selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, or otherwise making personal information available to another business or third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration — which can include free or discounted advertising services.
Disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising — showing you ads based on your activity across different websites and apps — whether or not money changes hands.
We do not sell personal information for money. The categories below may be disclosed to advertising and analytics partners (such as ad-pixel and analytics providers) in a way that can qualify as a "sale" or "share" under CCPA/CPRA's broad definitions.
Name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, and cookie/pixel IDs.
Products you've viewed or purchased, cart activity, and order history.
Browsing behavior on our site, pages viewed, links clicked, and interaction with our ads on other sites.
General location inferred from your IP address (city/region level, not precise GPS location).
Interests and purchasing predictions we or our ad partners derive from the categories above.
Full card numbers, passwords, and government ID numbers are never shared with advertising partners.
We do not sell personal information for money to data brokers or any third party, and we do not sell the sensitive personal information described in our Privacy Policy. The categories above relate specifically to advertising and analytics tools (such as pixels and conversion-tracking scripts) that may qualify as a "sale" or "share" solely because of CCPA/CPRA's broad legal definitions — verified against the apps and pixels actually installed on our store before this page goes live.
Toggle your preference below, complete the short form, and submit. We aim to process opt-out requests within 15 business days, as required by California law.
California residents may exercise their CCPA/CPRA rights through any of the following methods.
Use the toggle and form in Section 03 above. This is the fastest way to submit an opt-out request and reaches our privacy team directly.
Email support@allmyteck.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request" and tell us whether you're opting out of sale/sharing, limiting sensitive information, or both.
Call +1 (678) 404-1648, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM MST, and ask a member of our team to process a privacy opt-out request for you.
Verification. An opt-out-of-sale/sharing request generally does not require identity verification beyond a valid email address. Requests to know, delete, or correct personal information require additional identity verification as described in our Privacy Policy. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization or a power of attorney.
No discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your opt-out rights, as required by California Civil Code § 1798.125.
California is not the only state with an opt-out-of-targeted-advertising right. If you live in one of the states below, you may have comparable rights. This list reflects laws generally understood to be in force as of the effective date of this page; new state privacy laws take effect regularly, so confirm current requirements for your state.
Grants the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information, enforced by the California Privacy Protection Agency and the California Attorney General.
Gives Colorado residents the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling, and requires businesses to honor Universal Opt-Out Mechanism signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Provides a right to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Grants Virginia residents the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, and the right to access, correct, and delete personal data held about them.
Provides a right to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, with a narrower private right of enforcement than some other state laws.
A growing number of additional states — including Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MTCDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), and Nebraska (NDPA) — have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws that include an opt-out right for the sale of personal data and/or targeted advertising, generally similar in structure to the laws above. We extend the same opt-out mechanism on this page to residents of any state with an applicable privacy law, whether or not that state is individually named here.
This is general information, not legal advice. State privacy laws change frequently, differ in scope and enforcement, and are subject to amendment. Confirm current requirements for your state with a licensed attorney if you need certainty about your specific rights.
Our team can walk you through your rights under California and other state privacy laws, and confirm your request has been processed.
